FIND YOUR WILD

August 27, 2016

Curt Gowdy State Park

The Antelope Dash trail races follow rolling hills and curving trails through the heart of Curt Gowdy State Park in southwest Wyoming. Aspens and pines parallel courses that offer challenging climbs over a route that begins at 7,300 feet and climbs to 7,700. Four and eight mile courses reward runners with scenic views of reservoirs, streams, granite rock formations, and hoodoos.

A wild state of mind

In 2010, the Antelope Dash Trail Races were established to provide an inspiring trail running experience through a pristine natural environment for runners of all levels. Race revenue has always supported the protection of our wild lands, and this year we’re proud to announce we’ve continued this tradition by using proceeds from the 2016 Antelope Dash to directly fund the work of the Wyoming Conservation Corps. Since 2006, the Wyoming Conservation Corps has dedicated over 500,000 hours of service to Wyoming’s public lands, and has worked in partnership with Wyoming State Parks to establish and maintain the trail systems that host the Antelope Dash Trail Races.
